What a fabolous stay at Novotel during my business trip at Jakarta. The hotel itself is so modern and comfortable. The room is so clean and big, and i love the bath room, so spacious. I would like to say thank you to Dea and Julia, who is helping me and keep my room clean. Furthermore, I would like to say thank you to Amelia, Ditti and every and each banquet staff who help me and my team, to set up the meeting room and give their best service during the meeting. It is a great pleasure staying at Novotel hotel... Till next time 🥰🥰

Great stay in Jakarta

The room was comfortable and well-equipped. The staff at the reception was very helpful during the whole stay (particularly Wisnu). We also had the opportunity to hire bikes, free of charge. It could be a bit risky because of the traffic but it is well worth it.

Overall good, Yeni as a clener is good, responsive, clean, works quickly, nealty. The hotel rooms and hallways are clean

breakfast so many variety will blown your taste bud... staff amazing esp Mba Indah, always helping me with my family during our stay price just right... not that expensive but you can feel the luxury experience.. location in the heart of jakarta which are central area so many activities you can do around the area.
